Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked & shelled
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 pound asparagus, blanched and sliced
- 2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 package italian blend salad mix
- VINAIGRETTE
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 pinches cumin **more or less**
- - smoked sea salt & course black pepper to taste
