This is a beautiful and refreshing salad fo any occasion. This is simply yummy at it's best! Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked & shelled
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 pound asparagus, blanched and sliced
  • 2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 package italian blend salad mix
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 2 pinches cumin **more or less**
  • - smoked sea salt & course black pepper to taste

How To Make shrimp, avocado & asparagus salad

    Gently toss salad ingredients together. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
