Finally I eat peas! I really hate peas, When I went to a bbg a few summers ago my girlfriend made this salad and everyone was digging into this with bread and nachos! Took me a little convincing till I finally tried! Oh my I love! So happy I finally can eat peas, but still this is the only way!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 - heads butter lettuce
  • 1 - frozen bag peas
  • 1 - small chopped red onion
  • 1 - chopped green peppers
  • 3 - chopped celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon adobo
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozz

How To Make layered pea salad

  • Step 1
    In 9x13 dish place lettuce on bottom. Layer frozen thawed peas, then continue to layer onions peppers and celery.
  • Step 2
    Mix sc, mayo with bacon & seasonings. Pour on top layers and top with cheese. refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
