cauliflower-lettuce salad
This salad is especially appreciated at covered dish get-togethers. I can tell you, from experience, that you won't be bring any left-overs home. Added 2-15-13: Last week I took this to a church dinner, unaware that the theme was "breakfast". And, of course, I was the only one uninformed. In spite of it all, the salad dish was emptied in record time. It just goes to prove that you can serve this anywhere with confidence.
