My family loves Caesar Salad but the store bought dressing was lacking in flavor. This is the perfect mix of several different recipes and is just the right mix of flavors. We love it and it is a staple at our table. Enjoy !

  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 can(s)
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper sauce
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1
    romaine lettuce head, chopped
  • ·
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·

How to Make Caesar Salad Done Right !


  1. Crush garlic in olive oil with fork in bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 can of anchovies and capers and chop thoroughly with oil.
  3. Add egg yolks.
  4. Add worcestershire sauce, lemon, hot pepper sauce, vinegar and bacon bits. Mix well.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Toss dressing with lettuce and add croutons and cheese.
