'1905' Salad
Ingredients

1head iceberg lettuce

3 or 4ripe tomatoes, cut in eighths

1 cswiss cheese, cut in julienne strips

1 cham, cut in julienne strips, or turkey or shrimp

1/2 cgreen spanish olives, pitted

4 tspgrated romano cheese

1/4 cwhite wine vinegar

1 cextra-virgin spanish olive oil

8 clovegarlic, minced

2 tspworcestershire sauce

·salt and pepper to taste

2 tsporegano, dried

4 tsplemon juice
How to Make '1905' Salad
- Mix garlic, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Beat until smooth with a wire wisk. Add olive oil, gradually beating to form an emulsion. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Add dressing to salad and toss well. Add Romano cheese and toss one more time.
