1 Tbsplemon juice
2 Tbspcider vinegar
1 tspworcestershire sauce
3 ozblue cheese
1/3 ctoasted walnuts
How to Make WALDORF SALAD BY JANET
- Wash core apples and slice thinly with a mandalyn also slice the celery thin.
- Add the lemon juice to the apples and celery to keep from turning brown.
- Mix the buttermilk, cider vinegar. honey, and the Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.
- Crumble the blue cheese and sprinkle on the apples. Add the buttermilk dressing. and sprinkle on the toasted walnuts
