- 4 small apples
- 3 - celery ribs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 ounces blue cheese
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts

Step 1Wash core apples and slice thinly with a mandalyn also slice the celery thin.

Step 2Add the lemon juice to the apples and celery to keep from turning brown.

Step 3Mix the buttermilk, cider vinegar. honey, and the Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.

Step 4Crumble the blue cheese and sprinkle on the apples. Add the buttermilk dressing. and sprinkle on the toasted walnuts
