Ingredients
- 1/2 pound strawberries, fresh
- 1/2 pound blueberries, fresh
- 1/2 pound raspberries, fresh
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves, seedless
- 1 small mint leaf, fresh for garnishment
- 1/2 tablespoon equal or confectioner sugar
How To Make three berry fruit salad

Step 1In a medium decorative bowl, wash all berries and place on paper towel to dry excess moisture off fruit.

Step 2Slice strawberries, sprinkle all berries with equal or confectioner sugar, let stand for about 10 minutes so the berries can absorb the sugar. Then mix yogurt and preserve in separate small bowl.

Step 3Top berries with yogurt mixture and place mint leaf on top for garnishment. Wallah!
