Ingredients

  • ·
    - green leaf lettuce (frilly edges), torn
  • ·
    - fresh strawberries, sliced lengthwise
  • ·
    - 1 part vegetable oil or canola oil (not olive oil)
  • ·
    - 1/2 part each of the following: apple cider vinegar, sugar or splenda
  • ·
    - salt and pepper
  • ·
    - dash of hot sauce

How to Make Strawberry Lettuce Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and set aside. Shake ingredients occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Mix into lettuce and strawberries just before serving.
