Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups mixed fresh fruit, blackberries, grapes, kiwi, blueberries, melon, pineapple, banana, pears, apple, strawberries, etc.
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

How To Make so simple fruit salad- fat free

  • Step 1
    Mix honey with desired fruit. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Stir in. Chill. Note: If you use bananas add right before serving so they don't turn dark.
