6-8 cmixed fresh fruit, blackberries, grapes, kiwi, blueberries, melon, pineapple, banana, pears, apple, strawberries, etc.

1/2 choney
-
1 tspfreshly grated nutmeg
How to Make So Simple Fruit Salad- Fat Free
- Mix honey with desired fruit. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Stir in. Chill.
Note: If you use bananas add right before serving so they don't turn dark.
