shallot, finely chopped

hot sauce (such as tabasco)

honey
1/4 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1 bunch
watercress
2 c
pineapple, cubed
1 small
jicama, peeled and cut into matchsticks

jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)

How to Make Pineapple-Jicama Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, shallot, hot sauce, honey, ground cumin and salt.
  • 2Combine watercress, pineapple, jicama and jalapeno and then toss with dressing. Season to taste with salt.
