Ingredients
- 2 - limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons shallot, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as tabasco)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 cups pineapple, cubed
- 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
How To Make pineapple-jicama salad

Step 1Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, shallot, hot sauce, honey, ground cumin and salt.

Step 2Combine watercress, pineapple, jicama and jalapeno and then toss with dressing. Season to taste with salt.
