I just love a fruited salad. This is wonderfully refreshing in the summer. You could add some cooked chicken breast as well.

    spring mix
  • 1/4 c
    blue cheese
  • 1
    pear, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    blueberries, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    pecans, in pieces (or almonds)
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2/3 c
    olive oil

How To Make pear salad

    Put half of the salad ingredients in each bowl.
