I just love a fruited salad. This is wonderfully refreshing in the summer. You could add some cooked chicken breast as well.

- 4 cups spring mix
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 1 - pear, sliced
- 2 tablespoons blueberries, fresh
- 2 tablespoons pecans, in pieces (or almonds)
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
