Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- - pepper to taste
- 1 - firm, but ripe pear, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1/3 cup dried tart cherries
- 8 ounces pkg organic baby greens
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
How To Make organic greens w/ fruit and nuts

Step 1In lg bowl, whisk together garlic, oil, vinegar, thyme and pepper to taste.

Step 2Gently stir in pears, and cherries. Add the baby greens, chicken and pecans. Toss gently to coat.
