great grape salad
(1 RATING)
This recipe was given to me by Marsha Bugbee. She brought it the church potlucks and always let me have the leftovers which I was happy to take home. You will love this salad. Marsha has since gone to be with our Lord and Savior and we all miss her. So when you make this salad, I ask that you just say a little prayer for all cancer patients and their families.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds green grapes, seedless
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanuts, salted and without skins
- - brown sugar
How To Make great grape salad
-
Step 1Wash and dry grapes, take them off the stems.
-
Step 2Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla.
-
Step 3In a bowl, layer the grapes, some cream cheese mixture, peanuts, and a sprinkle of brown sugar. REpeat. Usually it's just two layers when I make it. It's so pretty in a clear bowl, especially if you choose to use two different kinds of grapes.
