Blue Ribbon Recipe

This refreshing fruit salad is summertime in a bowl. We adored everything about this recipe. The mixture of fruit is perfect. A bit tangy from the lemon and sweet from the honey, the dressing has the right balance of flavors. It's divine when mixed with the fruit. This is a delicious fruit salad for any gatherings this summer. The Test Kitchen

How to Make Lemon Dressed Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut pineapple into chunks. Wash and quarter strawberries. Peel kiwi and cut into small cubes. Cut nectarine into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl combine pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and nectarine.
  3. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, honey, and cinnamon until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour over fruit. Cover it and put in refrigerator until ready to use.
