healty fruit salad

While "Losing the Lard", I'm always looking for ways to modify some of my favorite foods & recipes. This turned out nicely, with about ½ the calories and fat of what I use to make. A one cup serving is about 140 calories, and fat-free!

Ingredients
- 1 can no sugar added peaches
- 1 can no sugar added very cherry fruit cocktail
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, in its own juice
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 small apples, cored and peeled
- 6 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup coconut, unsweetened shredded (optional)
How To Make healty fruit salad

Step 1Drain all canned fruit very well. (I try to drain them overnight in the refrigerator.)

Step 2Dice/slice all fruit into small pieces. Mix together in large bowl, along with the pecans and coconut, if desired.

Step 3Add sour cream, mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Makes approximately 8 cups.
