Healty Fruit Salad
A one cup serving is about 140 calories, and fat-free!
1 can(s)no sugar added peaches
1 can(s)no sugar added very cherry fruit cocktail
1 can(s)pineapple tidbits, in its own juice
3 smallapples, cored and peeled
6 Tbspfat-free sour cream
1/2 cpecans, chopped (optional)
1/2 ccoconut, unsweetened shredded (optional)
How to Make Healty Fruit Salad
- Drain all canned fruit very well. (I try to drain them overnight in the refrigerator.)
- Dice/slice all fruit into small pieces. Mix together in large bowl, along with the pecans and coconut, if desired.
- Add sour cream, mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Makes approximately 8 cups.
