    torn salad greens
  • 1 pkg
    (6 ounces) ready-to-serve grilled chicken breast strips
  • 1/ c
    julienned sweet red or yellow pepper
  • 1/3 c
    sliced fresh peachs
  • 1/3 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 c
    fresh blueberries
  • DRESSING

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

    dash pepper

How to Make Fruited Chicken Lettuce Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, chicken, red pepper, and fruit.
