I found this in a Southern Living Cookbook when I was looking for something different for Thanksgiving. This recipe can be used as a salad or dessert and my family loves it!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces container sour cream (can use low fat)
How To Make frosty cranberry salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve remove from freezer let sit at room temperature about 5 minutes, slice and serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

Step 2This can also be put into paper lined muffin cups for individual servings. Just peel away the paper and serve. Delicious as a salad or I like it also as a frozen fruit dessert.
