fresh pear salad w/pear & blu cheese dressing
I pinched this recipe from a magazine at a Dr's office a couple months ago. A friend and I went up to Green Bluff, WA (by Mt.Spokane) 1/2 hour drive from Spokane, WA. we loaded the car with fresh produce from many fruit and vegetable farms up there. Plums, apples, peaches, pears, carrots, potatoes, various squashes, tomatoes, beets, garlic, and the delicious Walla Walla onions! (see all pictures) Here is the "pinched" recipe using the pears.
