- 1 cup whipping cream, stiffky beaten

Step 1In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries and sugar, let stand for 30 minutes. Add next five ingredients, mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 10-12 servings.
