I like to add a new dish every year to the Thanksgiving table. Some become highly requested repeats and some are never seen or heard from again. My sister-in-law suggested this one. This refreshing treat is in the first category. A little tangy, a little sweet and lots of crunch. Now it's on the table for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I hope you like it as well as my family does.

Ingredients For cranberry salad

20 ozcranberries, fresh (or 2 bags)

5 cgrapes, seedless, red (or 1 big bag)

3 csugar

2 cheavy cream

1orange zest
How To Make cranberry salad

1Crush/chop fresh cranberries

2Combine with sugar

3Let stand, drain overnight. Discard juice.

4Slice grapes in half, add to cranberry/sugar mixture. Zest orange, add to mixture

5Whip cream until stiff peaks form. fold wiped cream into cranberry mixture. Refrigerate one hour.
