- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 slices center-cut bacon
- 1 - lg pear, chopped
- 1 - lg red apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, i used low-fat
- 1/4 cup light poppyseed dressing
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Step 1Microwave bacon on a papr-toweled plate until crisp. Let cool, then crumble. Add all ingredients except dressing to a lg serving bowl.

Step 2Drizzle w/ dressing and balsamic vinegar. Toss gently to coat.
