rancher's vegetable chicken salad
With the hot weather and all the fresh produce I didn't want something heavy for lunch and this wonderful salad is what I came up with. It can be served plain or made into a sammie or wrap.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup red pepper, diced
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup sweet red onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch sesoning mix
- 1 tablespoon jd's bacon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cj's seasoning (recipe in my recipes)

Step 1Mix all ingredients well in medium size bowl and serve. If you are making this the day before I would leave the shredded cheese out until right before serving then mix it in.
