- 1 - head lettuce - chopped up
- 4 - chicken breasts halved
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 4 stalks celery - chopped
- 1 large cucumber - chopped
- 1/2 bag slivered almonds ( small package )
- 1 bag chow mein noodles
- 1 bunch green onions - chopped
- DRESSING THIS IS MIXED AND PLACED IN FRIDGE THE NIGHT BEFORE.....
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons accent ( the seasoning )
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Step 1Bake chicken at 350* for 1 hour in soy sauce ( coat chicken with the soy sauce ) Cool and Dice the Chicken after baked. Combine all ingredients together.

Step 2For the Dressing... Pour all ingredients into Blender and blend till smooth. Place in fridge the night before... And just before serving pour over salad!
