chicken salad rhonda's
This is the way I always make my chicken salad I love the fresh rosemary in it. I don't like a lot of mayo because I like the flavor of all the ingredients together so I use just enough to make it hold together. The olives are a special treat and I usually make this sandwich after I have opened a can of olives for something else and have some left over. I hope you enjoy my sandwich it is especially good on Dark Rye Bread.

Ingredients
- 1 can large white chunk chicken meat or cooked
- 1/4 cup red or green bellpepper
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- dash garlic powder
- - pepper
- - red pepper flakes (i use japones)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Step 1Chop all your ingredients & mince your olives. Then add just enough mayo to cover your salad.

Step 2Serve on your choice of bread. I like Oroweat Dark Rye.
