Chicken Salad Rhonda's

This is the way I always make my chicken salad I love the fresh rosemary in it. I don't like a lot of mayo because I like the flavor of all the ingredients together so I use just enough to make it hold together. The olives are a special treat and I usually make this sandwich after I have opened a can of olives for something else and have some left over. I hope you enjoy my sandwich it is especially good on Dark Rye Bread.

Ingredients

  •   1 can(s)
    large white chunk chicken meat or cooked
  •   1/4 c
    red or green bellpepper
  •   1/4 c
    celery
  •   1/4 c
    onion
  •   1/4 c
    olives
  •   1 sprig(s)
    fresh rosemary
  •   dash(es)
    garlic powder
  •  
    pepper
  •  
    red pepper flakes (i use japones)
  •   2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise

How To Make

    Chop all your ingredients & mince your olives. Then add just enough mayo to cover your salad.

    Serve on your choice of bread. I like Oroweat Dark Rye.
