Summer is here and no one wants to heat up there kitchen, this versitale chicken salad can be eaten on a bed of lettuce, made into a wrap, or you can add some cooked pasta and have a chicken pasta salad. This is also a great way to use up the rotissere chicken or left over fried chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 3/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cup mayonaise, or just until moistened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon bacon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grill mates smokehouse maple seasoning
