Ingredients
- 3 cups romaine lettuce cut
- 1/4 cup black olives sliced (can use any olive you would like)
- 1 tablespoon sweet red onion chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup red pepper diced
- 1/8 cup athens fat free feta
- 2 slices lean roast beef cut in 1/2 but 1" pieces
- - kosher salt to taste
- - fresh ground pepper to taste
- - italian seasoning to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon gianni's six-mushroom white truffle balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon light house fat free blue berry pamagrante vinegrette
