sunflower, almond, or coconut oil
How to Make green salve
1Chop the herbs (doesn't need to be too fine) and put in a double boiler (or I use one of those small crock pots) with the oil.
2Heat on low for two hours.
3Cool, then strain through several layers of cheesecloth until you've removed most of the plant bits.
4Put it back in double boiler or crock pot, and add the beeswax and honey.
Before it becomes solid, pour into a clean jar.
