zucchini turkey burgers
I have been making a lot of zucchini recipes lately. I can't get enough zucchini in the summertime! Found this recipe on Skinny Taste and it was delicious! The zucchini keeps the burgers nice and moist and the bread crumbs give so much flavor (I used italian bread crumbs). - 1 - small zucchini, grated
- 1/4 cup seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs (i used italian bread crumbs)
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced

How To Make zucchini turkey burgers
-
Step 1In bowl, combine the turkey, zucchini, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into 5 patties.
-
Step 2Grill burgers on grill or brown in a skillet on the stove top. If browning on the stove top, spray skillet with cooking spray to prevent patties from sticking. (I made these on my George Foreman grill and they came out beautiful!)
