This is such a yummy day after thanksgiving treat. My family and friends really enjoy these rolls. Easy to make and a good way to use that leftover turkey,

Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups turkey (cubed or shredded)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 - green onions
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned

How To Make turkey rolls

  • Step 1
    In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and room temp butter until soft and mixed well. Add turkey, mushrooms, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
    Put 1/4 cup of mixture onto crescent roll and fold into a triangle shape.
  • Step 3
    Melt the 1/4 cup butter and dip each roll in it then into the bread crumbs/crushed pecans. Continue with each roll and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5
    If you have left over gravy, heat and pour over or you can make a packaged gravy and serve over top of baked rolls.
