Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups turkey (cubed or shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 - green onions
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make turkey rolls

Step 1In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and room temp butter until soft and mixed well. Add turkey, mushrooms, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Put 1/4 cup of mixture onto crescent roll and fold into a triangle shape.

Step 3Melt the 1/4 cup butter and dip each roll in it then into the bread crumbs/crushed pecans. Continue with each roll and place on a cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 5If you have left over gravy, heat and pour over or you can make a packaged gravy and serve over top of baked rolls.
