How to Make Turkey Rolls

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and room temp butter until soft and mixed well. Add turkey, mushrooms, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Put 1/4 cup of mixture onto crescent roll and fold into a triangle shape.
  3. Melt the 1/4 cup butter and dip each roll in it then into the bread crumbs/crushed pecans.

Continue with each roll and place on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. If you have left over gravy, heat and pour over or you can make a packaged gravy and serve over top of baked rolls.
