This is such a yummy day after thanksgiving treat. My family and friends really enjoy these rolls. Easy to make and a good way to use that leftover turkey,

2 pkg
crescent rolls
1/4 c
butter, room temperature
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 c
turkey (cubed or shredded)
8 oz
cream cheese
green onions
1 c
mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 c
pecans (optional)
1 c
bread crumbs, seasoned

How to Make Turkey Rolls


  • 1In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and room temp butter until soft and mixed well. Add turkey, mushrooms, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2Put 1/4 cup of mixture onto crescent roll and fold into a triangle shape.
  • 3Melt the 1/4 cup butter and dip each roll in it then into the bread crumbs/crushed pecans.

    Continue with each roll and place on a cookie sheet.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 5If you have left over gravy, heat and pour over or you can make a packaged gravy and serve over top of baked rolls.
