Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce, at room temp.
How To Make turkey loaf with cranberry sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cranberry sauce and mix well. Turn the mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and gently pat down. Bake until the loaf is firm and the top is lightly browned, about 1 hour. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the loaf and let stand in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
