How To Make turkey cutlets
-
Step 1I've used both yogurt and mayo and can't tell the difference so I use whatever I have on hand. Start by putting about 2 tsp of mayo (per cutlet) in a bowl. I had 3 large cutlets so I used 6 tsp. Next add spices. I used Mrs. Dash original, black pepper and a little salt. Then place about 1/2 c (per cutlet) of panko in a flat dish with sides. Season it same as mayo.
-
Step 2Rub cutlets on both sides with mayo mix then lay in crumbs and pat down, flip and do both sides.
-
Step 3In a skillet or on a flat griddle drizzle a little oil or olive oil and lightly brown both sides of cutlets. I use my electric griddle so I can do them all at the same time.
-
Step 4Place on baking sheet and bake at 375º for about 30 min. Time will vary from oven to oven and depending on size and thickness of cutlets. Flip cutlets about halfway through bake time.
