not your average turkey burger, these are yummy, tasting turkey burgers. I like to serve these with lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki sauce in a fresh warm pita. this recipe got me a blue ribbon ....

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1 - (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 8 ounces plain or greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make spinach, feta & ground turkey burgers

Step 1Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. While the grill is preheating, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; form into 6-8 patties. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2to make a simple Tzatziki Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Blend thoroughly and serve. **note** season to your taste buds....
