My son-in-law made this up one day for a football game/party.
He made it w/ ground beef though.
It tastes just as good w/ the ground turkey, just a little healthier.

Ingredients

1/2 lb
ground turkey breast
1/2 lb
lite or reduced-fat velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2"-cubes
1
12" boboli pizza crust or other ready-made, baked pizza crust
1
10 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chilies, drained
1/4 c
ketchup
1 c
shredded lettuce

How to Make Spicy cheeseburger pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a lg baking sheet or pizza pan w/ cooking spray made w/ olive oil.
    Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place pan over med-high heat.
  • 2Brown ground turkey in skillet. Stir in velveeta cheese until melted. Place pizza crust on pan.
  • 3In small bowl, mix together tomatoes and ketchup. Spread mix over crust. Top w/ meat and cheese mix. Bake about 10 min, or until heated through and slightly brown. Top w/ lettuce.
