meat loaf italian style
I found this recipe years ago on a old bread crumb container and changed it to fit our familys tastes. It makes a very dense well flavored meat loaf; and the left overs make the best meatloaf sandwiches you have ever had. It slices very thin when cold. Each one inch slice is is 7 points on the points plus weight watchers plan. This will be very thin when putting it together don't be afraid it will turn out.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds louis rich ground turkey
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup italian dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup fat free milk
How To Make meat loaf italian style

Step 1Combine all ingedients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Press meat mixture into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Step 2Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours.

Step 3Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
