I know a lot of people have their own recipe for tater-tot casseroles, but I wanted to make a slighlty healthier version. It passed the test of my grandchildren!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 - of a 1 lb bag of frozen tater-tots
- 1 pound ground turkey breast, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen kernel corn, thawed
- 1 cup reduecd-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make healthy tater-tot casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together ground turkey, soup, peas and corn.

Step 2Pour mix into casserole dish. Top evenly w/ tater-tots. Bake 20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ cheese. bake until cheese melts, about 5 mins.
