In trying to eat more healthy and not have turkey burgers all the time, I created this turkey meat loaf. My sister and brother in law love it!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup catsup (spread over top)
How To Make deana's turkey loaf

Step 1In large bowl combine ground turkey, egg, and oats. If mixture is too moist add more oats to desired texture. The more oats you add the less moist it will be. Mix with wooden spoon or by using your hands.

Step 2Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and salt ant pepper. Pour mixture into standard sized bread pan. Spread catsup over top.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins to an hour. Ready to serve.
