cranberry-stuffing & poultry sandwiches
I take a bow to this Sandwich. This is the best sandwich I have ever eaten and I have never had it any other way. This is how my Japanese/Korean Mama used to make her Turkey Sandwiches. You can make with any type of Poultry Hen. This one is made with Game Hen.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cornish, turkey, or chicken meat fresh from the bird
- 2 slices white bread is best
- 2 tablespoons best foods mayonnaise
- 2 - romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 slices jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup stuffing from the bird
- - ground peppercorns

Step 1Gather ingredients

Step 2Spread Best Foods Mayonnaise on 2 Slices of White Bread, (I only use white for this recipe). Set Aside

Step 3Warm the Meat & Stuffing in the microwave.

Step 4Layer the sandwich in this order: On the bottom slice 1) Stuffing 2) Meat 3) Ground Peppercorns 4) Cranberry 5) Romaine Lettuce Leaves Top slice of Bread

Step 5Cut in half. Enjoy
