I take a bow to this Sandwich. This is the best sandwich I have ever eaten and I have never had it any other way. This is how my Japanese/Korean Mama used to make her Turkey Sandwiches. You can make with any type of Poultry Hen. This one is made with Game Hen.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

3/4 c
cornish, turkey, or chicken meat fresh from the bird
2 slice
white bread is best
2 Tbsp
best foods mayonnaise
2
romaine lettuce leaves
2 slice
jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c
stuffing from the bird
ground peppercorns

How to Make Cranberry-Stuffing & Poultry Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  • 1Gather ingredients
  • 2Spread Best Foods Mayonnaise on 2 Slices of White Bread, (I only use white for this recipe). Set Aside
  • 3Warm the Meat & Stuffing in the microwave.
  • 4Layer the sandwich in this order: On the bottom slice
    1) Stuffing
    2) Meat
    3) Ground Peppercorns
    4) Cranberry
    5) Romaine Lettuce Leaves
    Top slice of Bread
  • 5Cut in half. Enjoy
