Ingredients For asian style turkey meat balls & white rice

  • 1/4 c
    unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 lb
    lean ground turkey
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    fresh grated ginger
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 c
    hot, cooked white rice
  • preferred dipping sauce, we like duck sauce and or hot mustard with this
  • 1
    green onion, finely sliced (optional)

How To Make asian style turkey meat balls & white rice

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix together, turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a mixing bowl. Form into 16 meat balls.

    Place meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes

    Serve Meatballs with white rice and sprinkle with fresh sliced green onion. Serve this with a vegetable (we serve this with steamed broccoli or blanched sugar peas) and dipping sauce of your choice.
