Asian Style Turkey Meat Balls & White Rice
1/4 cunseasoned bread crumbs
1 lblean ground turkey
·2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tspfresh grated ginger
2 clovegarlic, minced
4 chot, cooked white rice
·preferred dipping sauce, we like duck sauce and or hot mustard with this
1green onion, finely sliced (optional)
How to Make Asian Style Turkey Meat Balls & White Rice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together, turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a mixing bowl. Form into 16 meat balls.
- Place meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Serve Meatballs with white rice and sprinkle with fresh sliced green onion. Serve this with a vegetable (we serve this with steamed broccoli or blanched sugar peas) and dipping sauce of your choice.
