Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups hot, cooked white rice
- preferred dipping sauce, we like duck sauce and or hot mustard with this
- 1 - green onion, finely sliced (optional)
How To Make asian style turkey meat balls & white rice

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix together, turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a mixing bowl. Form into 16 meat balls.

Step 3Place meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 4Bake for 15-20 minutes

Step 5Serve Meatballs with white rice and sprinkle with fresh sliced green onion. Serve this with a vegetable (we serve this with steamed broccoli or blanched sugar peas) and dipping sauce of your choice.
