    salsa
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped green chiles
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, rinsed and drained (large can approx 15 oz)
  • 1 can(s)
    10 oz chunk chicken, drained and seperated
  • 10
    corn tortillas
  • ·
    shredded lettuce for topping
  • ·
    diced tomatoes for topping
  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese for topping

How to Make Split Second Black Bean And Chicken Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 300. Wrap tortillas in foil and put in oven to warm.
  2. Combine salsa, chiles and beans in a large saucepan. Heat over med/high heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Add chicken and heat through, 3-5 minutes.
  4. Fill tortillas with bean mixture and add toppings as desired.
