Ingredients

  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (large can approx 15 oz)
  • 1 can 10 oz chunk chicken, drained and seperated
  • 10 - corn tortillas
  • - shredded lettuce for topping
  • - diced tomatoes for topping
  • - shredded cheddar cheese for topping

How To Make split second black bean and chicken tacos

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 300. Wrap tortillas in foil and put in oven to warm.
  • Step 2
    Combine salsa, chiles and beans in a large saucepan. Heat over med/high heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Step 3
    Add chicken and heat through, 3-5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Fill tortillas with bean mixture and add toppings as desired.
