Flashy Fish Tacos

Ingredients

1 Tbspolive oil

1/2 tspdried oregano

1/4 tspcumin
-
2 can(s)(6 oz each) water-packed light tuna, drained

1 can(s)(14 oz) petite diced tomatoes, drained (refrigerate or freeze drained juice for future cooking purposes, add to soups, etc.)

1/4 tsphot pepper sauce
-
·juice of 1/2 lime
-
48" flour tortillas
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Flashy Fish Tacos
- In a 1 quart baking dish, mix together oil, oregano, cumin; microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Stir in tuna, tomatoes, hot pepper sauce and lime juice. Microwave on high 2 minutes or until heated through; stir once.
- Microwave tortillas for 10 seconds on high until warm. Spoon some of the hot filling onto each tortilla; top them with cheese, and fold.
