Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cans (6 oz each) water-packed light tuna, drained
- 1 can (14 oz) petite diced tomatoes, drained (refrigerate or freeze drained juice for future cooking purposes, add to soups, etc.)
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- - juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 - 8" flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make flashy fish tacos

Step 1In a 1 quart baking dish, mix together oil, oregano, cumin; microwave on high for 1 minute.

Step 2Stir in tuna, tomatoes, hot pepper sauce and lime juice. Microwave on high 2 minutes or until heated through; stir once.

Step 3Microwave tortillas for 10 seconds on high until warm. Spoon some of the hot filling onto each tortilla; top them with cheese, and fold.
