Needed a versatile spice blend that could be a foundation for Mexican and other regional dishes. I'm allergic to garlic, so this is what I came up with after looking at various other recipes and experimentation.

- 1 TBSP + 1 teaspoons chili powder blend
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground aleppo chili
- ½ teaspoon ground ancho chili
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon ground chipotle
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried mexican oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
