How to Make Easy Ground Beef Tacos
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- In a large nonstick skillet heat 2 Tbsp. canola oil. Brown tortillas, but not until completely crisp. Fold tortillas in half and place on rack in 170 degree oven to keep warm until ready to use.
- Brown ground beef in a medium skillet. As the meat is browning, add in cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder, salt & pepper and diced green chilis, undrained when meat is browned and flavorful, drain off grease.
- Fill a shell with ground beef and sprinkle with cheese and any other toppings you like.
- Serve with a side of any combination of rice and refried beans or corn
