i tried this last time and used barrila vegetable spaghetti ...what a nice addition. Also always use a GOOD dry white as your base

Ingredients
- 1 bag little neck clams
- 1 bag mussels
- 1 pound peeled and deviened shrimp
- 8 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 1 cup scallions
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
- 1 teaspoon basil, fresh
- 2 cups white wine, dry
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 pound vegetable spaghetti
- 1 can whole itallian tomatoes
How To Make zupa di pesca

Step 1in large pot bring oil,wine,garlic,pepper flakes,can of tomatoes and herbs to a boil.

Step 2add clams and mussels, cover pot and steam 3-5 mins until they start to open

Step 3add shrimp and imitation crab cover and finish cooking 2-3 mins

Step 4serve in bowl with a good ladle of liquid over veggie spagehtti
