    peeled and deviened shrimp
  • 8 oz
    imitation crabmeat
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    basil, fresh
  • 2 c
    white wine, dry
  • 4 clove
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 lb
    vegetable spaghetti
  • 1 can(s)
    whole itallian tomatoes

How to Make zupa di pesca


  1. in large pot bring oil,wine,garlic,pepper flakes,can of tomatoes and herbs to a boil.
  2. add clams and mussels, cover pot and steam 3-5 mins until they start to open
  3. add shrimp and imitation crab cover and finish cooking 2-3 mins
  4. serve in bowl with a good ladle of liquid over veggie spagehtti
