Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails on
  • 2 1/4 can(s)
    chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 medium
    tomato, diced
  • 1 medium
    celery rib, diced
  • 1/2 tsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice

How to Make SHRIMP DIABLO

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat a large non-stock skillet over medium high heat, then sear the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until pink. Stir in the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5-6 minutes, or until heated through. Serve right away. Serve with pasta or rice. Makes 4 servings.
