quick and easy lemon butter shrimp
This is really AWESOME, not to mention quick. I like to serve this dish with jasmine rice or baked sweet potatoes or regular baked potatoes and either slaw or a small salad. I got this recipe from a dear friend of mine. She is an amazing cook! Photos are mine.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp-deveined fresh or frozen
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large lemon sliced
- 1 package dry italian - i use good seasons
How To Make quick and easy lemon butter shrimp

Step 1Thaw and clean shrimp and set aside.

Step 2Melt butter in baking dish in oven on 350 degrees.

Step 3Remove baking dish from oven and place sliced lemon into melted butter.

Step 4Place shrimp over lemon slices.

Step 5Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over shrimp and return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6Serve with rice, potatoes or other side dish(s). I like to serve with jasmine rice

Step 7Plate your dish and serve. Enjoy!
