quick and easy lemon butter shrimp

This is really AWESOME, not to mention quick. I like to serve this dish with jasmine rice or baked sweet potatoes or regular baked potatoes and either slaw or a small salad. I got this recipe from a dear friend of mine. She is an amazing cook! Photos are mine.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp-deveined fresh or frozen
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large lemon sliced
  • 1 package dry italian - i use good seasons

How To Make quick and easy lemon butter shrimp

  • Step 1
    Thaw and clean shrimp and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in baking dish in oven on 350 degrees.
  • Step 3
    Remove baking dish from oven and place sliced lemon into melted butter.
  • Step 4
    Place shrimp over lemon slices.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over shrimp and return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve with rice, potatoes or other side dish(s). I like to serve with jasmine rice
  • Step 7
    Plate your dish and serve. Enjoy!
