Quick and Easy Lemon Butter Shrimp

This is really AWESOME, not to mention quick. I like to serve this dish with jasmine rice or baked sweet potatoes or regular baked potatoes and either slaw or a small salad.

I got this recipe from a dear friend of mine. She is an amazing cook!

  • 1 lb
    shrimp-deveined fresh or frozen
  • 1 stick
  • 1 large
    lemon sliced
  • 1 pkg
    dry italian - i use good seasons

How to Make Quick and Easy Lemon Butter Shrimp


  1. Thaw and clean shrimp and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in baking dish in oven on 350 degrees.
  3. Remove baking dish from oven and place sliced lemon into melted butter.
  4. Place shrimp over lemon slices.
  5. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over shrimp and return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice, potatoes or other side dish(s). I like to serve with jasmine rice
  7. Plate your dish and serve. Enjoy!
