- 6 ounces 2 cod filet's
- 1 small roma tomato
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives chopped
- 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- dash course ground salt
- dash black groundpepper
- dash old bay seasoning
- dash dried basil
How To Make mediterranean style cod fish for two

Step 1gather your ingredients. preheat oven to 425° chop your olives and slice your tomato. cut lemon in half .

Step 2pat cod filet's dry squeeze half lemon juice over them add your dry spices drizzle cooking oil/ evo onto baking pan place filet's on pan

Step 3added your olives on top of filet's and add sliced tomato sprinkle panko bread crumbs

Step 4bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes until fish reaches 145° check with food thermometer!
