1 lbdeli ham

1/2 lbvery thin sliced hard salami

1/2 lbvery thin sliced sandwich style pepperoni

8 slicethin slices provolone cheese

8 slicemozzarella cheese

1 smtomato sliced very thin (i use a mandoline slicer)

2 cshredded lettuce

How To Make italian party sub

1Slice bead in half through the middle.

2layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, thin sliced tomato and lettuce onto bread.

3Place top half of bread on top of lettuce layer.

4Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

5Slice into 6-8 sandwiches. Serve.

6Tip: I use an electric knife for all the slicing.
