  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
  • 8-oz. can
    tomato sauce

How To Make tangy brown pork chops

    Brown pork chops in Wesson oil. Remove from pan and place in shallow baking dish. Mix chops, onion, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and tomato sauce together. Pour over pork chops. Bake in 350 degrees oven, 30-35 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
