2 Tbspbrown sugar
8-oz. cantomato sauce
How To Make tangy brown pork chops
1Brown pork chops in Wesson oil. Remove from pan and place in shallow baking dish. Mix chops, onion, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and tomato sauce together. Pour over pork chops. Bake in 350 degrees oven, 30-35 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
