Ingredients For sweet chili pork roast

  • 1
    boneless pork roast
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    instand coffee (folgers)

How To Make sweet chili pork roast

    Mix the spices and coffee into the sugar and coat the pork roast with it.

    Place in a slow cooker on low for 8 hpours or on high for 3 1/2 hours. Serve with sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. We served broccoli also
