So Easy!! Sweet Chilli Pork and Greens
Fragrant sauces, pork and Asian greens are cooked together to make a yummy fast meal. Serve with rice or noodles.

·1 tb oil
·450 (1 pound) pork loin, thinly sliced
·1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
·1/4 cup oyster sauce
·2 tb lime juice
·1 bunch broccolini, cut into 4cm (2 inch) lengths
·1 bunch bok choy, cut into 4cm (2 inch) lengths
·150g (5 oz) snow peas (mange tout)
·2 spring onions/scallions thinly sliced
·1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
How to Make So Easy!! Sweet Chilli Pork and Greens
- Using a wok, heat it over a high heat. Add the pork and fry for 3 minutes or until just browned. Add the sauces and bring to the boil.
- Add the broccolini, bok choy and snow peas (mange tout) and fry for an additonal 2-3 minutes.
- Top with the spring onions (scallions) and coriander (cilantro) and serve over rice or noodles.
