An easy Asian inspired quick meal, that you have have on the table in less than half and hour! Fragrant sauces, pork and Asian greens are cooked together to make a yummy fast meal. Serve with rice or noodles. Recipe adapted from WW Australia

Ingredients For so easy!! sweet chilli pork and greens

1 tb oil

450 (1 pound) pork loin, thinly sliced

1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce

1/4 cup oyster sauce
-
2 tb lime juice
-
1 bunch broccolini, cut into 4cm (2 inch) lengths

1 bunch bok choy, cut into 4cm (2 inch) lengths

150g (5 oz) snow peas (mange tout)

2 spring onions/scallions thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
How To Make so easy!! sweet chilli pork and greens

1Using a wok, heat it over a high heat. Add the pork and fry for 3 minutes or until just browned. Add the sauces and bring to the boil.

2Add the broccolini, bok choy and snow peas (mange tout) and fry for an additonal 2-3 minutes.

3Top with the spring onions (scallions) and coriander (cilantro) and serve over rice or noodles.
